1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using QuizPrepHub, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent, guardian, or school has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. If you use QuizPrepHub on behalf of a school, you confirm you have authority to bind that institution.
2. Accounts for minors
QuizPrepHub serves students in Grades 3–12, many of whom are under 13. Accounts for children under 13 must be created with verifiable consent from a parent, guardian, or school acting with parental authorization, consistent with COPPA and similar regulations. Teachers may add students to a class roster using display names only, without student email addresses.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat or manipulate rankings, share account credentials, upload unlawful or harmful content in quiz materials, harass other users, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to take quizzes. We may suspend or remove accounts and leaderboard entries that violate these rules.
4. Teacher-created content
Teachers retain ownership of quizzes they create. By publishing a quiz to a class or the public library, you grant QuizPrepHub a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it within the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Subscriptions and billing
The Free plan is free forever within its stated limits. Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Payments for minors' accounts must be made by an adult.
6. Leaderboards and public display
Participation in leaderboards displays your chosen display name, country, grade, and XP. You can use a pseudonym, and students or parents can opt out of public leaderboards in account settings without losing access to practice features.
7. Service availability and changes
We work hard to keep QuizPrepHub available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, add, or remove features. If we discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
QuizPrepHub is a practice and learning tool, provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. It does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizPrepHub's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
